Soooo rewarding

Working with VLT the past few months has been life changing to say the least. There is something so special about working with coaches who genuinely care about you as an individual that makes you want to work hard. Not only for yourself, but for them as well. One of my biggest fears when I started working with VLT was that training was going to start feeling like a job and I would get burnt out. I’ve had the complete opposite experience! It’s fun, challenging, manageable and soooo rewarding. I get excited at the start of every week to look over my program and see what’s in store for me and can’t wait to get into the gym each day. Have since lost 55lbs

After being diagnosed with Type II Diabetes I decided to start working with VLT athlete to turn my life around. I started VLT in February and have since lost 55lbs and I’m off all of my medication thanks to the help of Maddie and Chris. I was at first nervous being that I’m in my 50s and I wasn’t sure if I would be a relatable client, but I was quickly proved wrong. Maddie and Chris are fantastic coaches regardless of your age / experience! Since working with them I now play pickle-ball 6-days a week and just got accepted into a local league! I have been following their beginner Pickle Ball Strength program and it has been awesome! I highly recommend their programs and coaches to anyone!

Completing my first triathlon

can’t thank VLT Athlete enough for all the help they have provided me over the last 5 months. I came to them 3 months before my wedding so I could make sure I looked my absolute best. Maddie and Chris made sure to provide workouts that focused on the areas I needed help with most. My back and arms were my biggest issue because of the style of my dress. On my wedding day I truly felt the best and I know I wouldn’t have gotten there without their help. VLT Athlete was the best thing I could’ve ever done for my body. Now I eat a mostly whole food/clean diet and I feel great. I sleep better, I have way more energy, focus better, and just all around feel wonderful. Now that I’m feeling better and I’m fueling my body with good nutritional foods, I’m able to focus on my next goal. Completing my first triathlon and I hope to one day complete an Ironman. I know with having Maddie and Chris by my side, I’ll be able to do both.

Three (3) reasons you should avoid VLT Athlete (Joking you need to sign up now!) :You’ll learn easy nutrition rules.  Once you’re informed, you’ll know when you are making food choices that might impede your progress…you can’t claim ignorance any longer. You’ll have a team that actually cares about your progress.  This means you can’t skate by putting in partial effort, they will know. You’ll have workouts in front of you. Whether you workout in a gym or at home, you’ll know what needs to be done. No more wondering if you are doing the right thing for your body, no more searching the internet for the latest fad, no more buying books.  Just imagine all the free time you’ll have, how terrible.

A big impact on my fitness journey
